Mr. Manish Kr Patni After having served the corporate world in the Housing Finance Industry for about 15 years with companies like HDFC, Bank Of Punjab & TATA Finance & IDBI at various important positions gave up his corporate career as General Manager North IDBI Home Finance Limited in 2004 to venture into REAL ESTATE ADVISORY SERVICES. He also served as a guest trainer at the National Institute of Banking Studies & Corporate Management.

In 2004-05 went on to engage in Real Estate Training and Himself taking up trainings and courses in real estate. Travelled to countries like CANADA ,United States to study the real estate model & practices to connect with brokers overseas to spread his business and also bring home the best practices followed in developed markets. Has also won several awards & accolades which include the BEST BROKER Gurgaon from Brands Academy & NDTV Good Times.
